1. Eligibility for Returns

- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
4. Exchanges

- Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return after delivery (based on the above conditions).
